QUALITY ENGINEER
Involved in the Industrial Operations local team, our Quality Engineer creates and maintains the Quality System up to date (documents, records, KPI statistical reports), according to normative, Customer requirements and legal schemes.
Responsibilities:
- Map and analyze the processes, accordingly, developing and updating the internal documentation system. Collaborate with the Quality Manager in the Quality System maintenance, keeping it aligned with ISO 9001 and other Customers standards
- Support the training activities for all the interested figures in Quality, its improvements, new processes/procedures implementation and any relevant Customer or legal updates, fostering employees’ awareness and involvement in the Quality area
- Support the internal auditing process, acting as auditor and producing the relevant audit documents and reports
- Actively cooperate in the Nonconformities, Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions implementation and management and in the improvement activities, with special focus on the related records issue and filing
- According to Quality Manager's direction, produce periodical statistical analysis and reports based on Quality KPIs trends.
- Coordinate lab activities and oversees analytical testing
- Oversee Microbiological Daily Management program
- Actively engage and, when necessary, lead root cause analyses and corrective action determinations.
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- University degree, preferably in technical disciplines (Quality Management, Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Chemical Engineering)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position in Quality departments of well-structured/certified companies
- Process analysis and mapping
- Quality standards (ISO 9000 family, GMP, IFS/BRC, etc.)
- ASQ Certifications – CQE, CQA
- Product Validations
- Internal and external audits
- Documents development
- IT tools (MS Office, SAP R/3 QM module)
